Guidance From My Guardian Angel: Books, Quotes, Words, Thoughts, Ideas &
Lessons of Guidance

I’m very lucky to have Guardian Angels in my life who share information with me that is applicable to my current path and want to help keep me focused on it. Reminding me to take care of myself and focus on that, while guiding me towards doing so… They write it out for me like a project outline for helping guide my thinking through this life. So here is some of the information that has been shared with me and been helping me and I really want to share with everyone else.

Are You Bombarded By Stress?
This Book Is A Fantastic First Step In Breaking Free

She provided me with a gift of books to help me reduce my stress and to follow a more focused path in taking better care of myself in this way going forward. The first book is Eliminating Stress, Finding Inner Peace, by Brian L. Weiss, M.D. and it can help put everything that you are dealing with into perspective, as this book feels like reading a journal and makes you feel more assured that you are in fact dealing with something that affects you deeply and permanently if left unattended.

Helpful Guidance From My Guardian Angel: Eliminating Stress, Finding Inner Peace Book

Step 1: Choose to take care of yourself. Recognize the importance of that choice and what that truly means for you.

Step 2: Understanding stress and what it does to our bodies, minds and future chances… You need to take your breaks from stress. Your body needs physical, emotional and mental breaks from stress so that it does not become a permanent chemical reaction within you. This book is a fantastic resource to learning about stress and its effects.

“Over the Past Years I have Collected the Following Information:”

Dialogue is what stimulates the mind to new possibilities. Education is what expands the consciousness, and you can help; Take time to HEAR, it is the power of intelligence. Take time to THINK, it is the key to success. Take time to DREAM, it is the breath of happiness. Take time to LIVE, because time passes quickly and never returns. Take time to READ, it is the source of knowledge. – Conclusions from reading Brian Tracy

It takes a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone, but it takes a life time, to forget someone. – Kalil Gibran

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have. – Bob Marley

Imagination is more important than knowledge. For while knowledge defines all we correctly know and understand, imagination points to all we might yet discover and create. – Albert Einstein
