I’m very lucky to have Guardian Angels in my life who share information with me that is applicable to my current path and want to help keep me focused on it. Reminding me to take care of myself and focus on that, while guiding me towards doing so… They write it out for me like a project outline for helping guide my thinking through this life. So here is some of the information that has been shared with me and been helping me and I really want to share with everyone else.

Expressing love to others; don’t just talk about love, but also walk in love.

Weiss, M.D. and it can help put everything that you are dealing with into perspective, as this book feels like reading a journal and makes you feel more assured that you are in fact dealing with something that affects you deeply and permanently if left unattended.
